She/Her
Hello! My name is Sierra Schneidt (she/her), and my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming
environment where clients feel empowered to define and pursue their own vision of wellness. I am currently a Master of Social Work student at the University of Michigan studying Interpersonal Practice.
In my work as a school social work intern, dialogue facilitator, and community organizer, I have been honored to partner with clients, families, and teams to nurture strengths and foster connection. My professional background spans supporting children and families from diverse backgrounds and identities, leading social-emotional learning initiatives, and organizing literacy and food security projects within local communities.
Collaboration is at the heart of my practice. I focus on meeting people where they are, honoring their experiences, and building relationships rooted in openness and compassion. I am deeply committed to equity, inclusion, and discovering new ways to advocate for client and community well-being. As I continue my social work journey, I look forward to learning, growing, and being a reliable presence for those I serve.
