LaKeisha Thomas, PHDc., LLMSW, MSW, BSW, BA, Doula is a Clinical Director and Psychotherapist at Holistic Therapy and Wellness. LaKeisha is a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Director and Psychotherapist at Holistic Therapy and Wellness, where she provides expert guidance and support to individuals on their journey towards healing and self-discovery.

LaKeisha is currently pursuing her PhD, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice, with a diverse educational background that includes a Master's in Social Work, a Bachelor's in Business, a Bachelor's in Social Work, a Theology Degree, and an Associate in Psychology.
In addition to her extensive education, LaKeisha holds certifications as an Animal Assisted Therapist, Doula, and in Macro Social Work-Nonprofit Management and Leadership.
Her commitment to holistic care and advocacy is reflected in her roles as a published author and avid blogger, where she shares insights and resources on mental health, maternal health, wellness, and social justice issues. LaKeisha's passion for serving her community extends beyond her clinical work. She serves as a Psychotherapist at Holistic Therapy and Wellness and as a Doula at Holistic Doula Care, supporting individuals and families through the transformative journey of childbirth. As the founder of Her Choice Advocacy, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, LaKeisha advocates tirelessly for sexual assault survivors, human trafficking survivors, and incest survivors who have become pregnant as a result of their trauma.
As a lesbian and queer mother of three and three angel babies, LaKeisha brings a unique perspective to her work, fostering an inclusive and affirming environment for all clients. In her spare time, she identifies as an innate healer, plant goddess, rock collector, and book nerd, finding solace and inspiration in nature and literature.
LaKeisha Thomas is dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace their innate resilience, heal from trauma, and cultivate a life of meaning and fulfillment. Through her multifaceted approach to therapy and advocacy, she strives to create positive change in the lives of those she serves and in the broader community.
